Liofata is a symbol of beauty and tradition—a tree whose name is inspired by the Greek words ήλιος (sun) and φως (light). It began growing beside the vineyard two decades ago, just as my family embarked on our journey of winemaking. Though our wine is not for sale, creating this vibrant brand identity allowed me to honor my family’s tradition. The lively color palette reflects the spirit of nature: fiery reds evoke the richness of red wine, while cool blue tones mirror the crisp elegance of white wine paying tribute to the vibrant interplay of nature’s elements.
